United States: 2 to 6 Days

Canada: 9 to 15 Days

International: Completely dependent on location. You will be shown your shipping time when checking out, and the range will lie anywhere in between 9 to 29 Days

For all other products, shipping times are as follows:

United States: 10 to 18 Days

Canada: 12 to 25 Days

Definitely, once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email that outlines your purchase and your payment, shipping, and billing details.

Yes of course, once the products have been shipped, you will receive an email stating that the shipment is on the way, and within that email will be the tracking number for your shipment.

Of course! All we ask is that you let us know why you weren't a fan of our products so we can aim to improve them for the next consumer. Our return policy lasts 30 days (for not only regular priced products but sale priced products as well!). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unless there is a major defect in the product (reach out for assistance).
